The Closing Exchange provides an online platform and vendor database to assist:
o Companies seeking services to assist their customers in signing documents for various transactions
o Individuals and entities who are employing a service provider and needing assistance to finalize their documents for various types of transactions
o Professional vendors seeking to provide their services
o Parties related to said transactions who wish to monitor the transaction process
With the never-ending technological evolution, breach of security no doubt remains an at large issue and can pose as a threat to you and your institutions. In order to minimize this, The Closing Exchange is constantly trying to improve its security measures to ensure a safe and secure environment. With this in mind, our MIS team has developed a state-of-the-art SQL database secured with protective firewalls that minimizes the opportunity for intrusion. As the information gets submitted, via phone, fax, or website, the data obtained is stored among one of several secure areas of our network, which can only be accessed with the proper access code. Your data could never be any safer.
All of our vendors are required to provide proof of identity as well as a signed application and independent contractor agreement form. This contract describes the working relationship between The Closing Exchange and the signing agent and specifically states that all information provided to the vendor is the sole property of The Closing Exchange and cannot be used, distributed or stored by anyone other than The Closing Exchange. All of our vendors' public records are stored and kept on file and can be easily accessed, should an issue arise or for future reference.
To make certain that the customers are really Mr. Michael Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe, upon vendor confirmation, all of our vendors are instructed to review the customer's valid state photo identification card, original signatures, and any additional items you may have requested. (i.e. inkless fingerprints, etc.) This rule is strictly enforced and will not be compromised.
The Closing Exchange is constantly trying to improve its methods for security enhancements, whether it be for its clients, vendors or the uniquely designed state-of-the-art communication and network center, security measures are not taken lightly and breaches of such measures are strictly forbidden.
