Alan Frelix is the CEO of The Closing Exchange. Frelix has more than 25 years of experience in financial and business services and has spent the last 14 years in senior executive level roles in strategy and operations.
Most recently, Alan was the Managing Director, Strategic Development for Stewart Lender Services, a division of Stewart Information Services Corporation (STC), where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies, products and services to serve lenders.
Alan also previously served as President of LandSafe Services LLC, a title and closing agency, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America, Senior Vice President, Title & Closing Executive for Bank of America, and Managing Director of Strategic Planning for Countrywide Financial. He is also a founding member of the Signing Professionals Workgroup, which sets industry standards for mortgage closings by signing agents.
Alan holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ara Simonian is the Director of Operations at The Closing Exchange. Ara has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with leadership roles in title and post-closing operations, short-sale, modifications, and call center management. Ara is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is accredited for multiple projects throughout his career.
Most recently, Ara was the Sr Project Manager for Water and Power Community Credit Union, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of Consumer and Real Estate Lending workflow and processes.
Ara previously served as the Assistant Vice President, Closing and Post Closing Operations Manager for Stewart Lender Services, a division of Stewart Information Services Corporation (STC), Assistant Vice President, Short Sale and Modifications Unit Manager, and Assistant Vice President Wealth Management Operations Manager for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and title & settlement industry. Michelle is responsible for synthesizing actionable insights and recommendations from data and analysis for leaders throughout the organization, driving decision-making and execution.
Prior to TCX, Michelle was the Director of Finance for Stewart Lender Services, a division of Stewart Information Services Corporation (STC).
Michelle also previously served as Vice President, Director of Operations - Planning and Analysis for LandSafe Services LLC, a title and closing agency, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America, Vice President, Business Support for Bank of America, and Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Countrywide Financial.
Michelle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration � Finance.
Pam Bradford is the Vice President of Administration at The Closing Exchange. Pam has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Most recently, Pam was a Senior Operations Consultant for Bank of America, where she was responsible for the design, implementation and management of projects related to process control, document oversight and post-closing operations.
Pam previously held positions in Collateral Safeguarding and Custodian Management, Title and Closing Operations, Reverse Mortgage Wholesale and Correspondent National Sales, Reverse Mortgage Retail Sales, Wholesale and Retail Consumer Real Estate for Bank of America.
Harvey Turell is the Vice President of Product and Project Management at The Closing Exchange. Harvey has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with leadership roles in operations and project management. Harvey is Six Sigma � Lean Process Improvement certified and ACCD Transformation Results Coach certified.
Most recently, Harvey was the Senior Director, Client Relations for Stewart Lender Services, a division of Stewart Information Services Corporation (STC), where he was responsible for process engineering, project management, report and data analysis, development and implementation of client product and service strategies, and relationship management.
Harvey previously served as Vice President, Process Design for Bank of America, and Senior Systems Analyst for Countrywide Home Loans.
Harvey holds a B.S. Business Administration, Management from California State University, Los Angeles.
Cody Marshall is the Manager, Business Development and Relationship Management at The Closing Exchange. Cody has experience in business development, sales, client relations, vendor management, marketing, social media management and analysis, advertising, and corporate events sales.
Cody previously served as Closing Coordinator for The Closing Exchange, and Event Coordinator/Lead Client Concierge for The Chaddock Group � Ameriprise Financial Services.
Cody holds a B.A. Strategic Communications, from Ohio State University.
